Aniversa is an app by Jordi Antich Rivas. Support: antich.jordi@gmail.com.
Using the app
Aniversa lets you organise people, dates and celebrations and set reminders. Use it lawfully and respect the privacy of people whose data you enter. You are responsible for having the necessary permission or other lawful basis to use their data.
Licence
The Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement governs the app licence where applicable. These terms describe how Aniversa works and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
Free version and Aniversa Pro
The app offers a limited free version and a one-time Pro unlock, without a subscription. Applicable features, limits and price are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase screen before confirmation. Apple handles payment. Purchases can be restored with the same Apple account where supported. Refund requests are handled through Apple, without affecting rights under applicable law.
Reminders and availability
Alerts depend on permissions, iOS settings, time zones and device conditions. Sync depends on iCloud, your Apple account and connectivity. Uninterrupted or timely delivery of every alert is not guaranteed; check important dates and keep backups of information you need.
Your data
You retain rights to the content you enter. Data handling is described in the privacy policy. Protect your device, Apple account and exported backups. Deleting or replacing data may affect synced devices.
Changes, support and rights
The app may receive updates and compatibility changes. Contact the provider for support. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, liability that cannot lawfully be limited or mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow consumer protection rules, including those of your place of residence where mandatory.
