Privacy policy

Updated 28 October 2026

Who we are

Aniversa is an app by Jordi Antich Rivas. Privacy enquiries: antich.jordi@gmail.com.

The data you use

The app processes the people and celebrations you enter: names, photos, dates, notes, categories, favourites, linked contact details and reminder preferences. These are used to provide the features you request.

Storage and sync

Data is stored on your device using SwiftData. When iCloud is available and configured, it may sync with your Apple account through CloudKit. Apple provides this service under its terms and privacy policy. The developer has no dashboard to view your private iCloud records.

Permissions and optional features

Contacts access lets you import or link people with your permission. Selected photos are used in person profiles. Alerts require notification permission. Calendar import or export may require calendar access. Review permissions in iOS Settings. Widgets may display celebration data on your device.

Purchases, backups and external services

Apple handles payments and Aniversa verifies Pro access using StoreKit; the app does not receive your payment card number. Exported backups may include personal data and photos: protect them and choose where to save or share them. When you open a messaging app or another external service, its privacy policy applies.

Analytics, advertising and support

No third-party advertising or analytics tools were identified within the reviewed app version. Apple may process diagnostics according to device settings. If you contact us, your email address and message are used to respond, for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or meet legal obligations.

Control and rights

You can edit and delete people and celebrations in the app. Deletions may sync to other devices; exported backups must be deleted separately. Uninstalling does not guarantee deletion of iCloud data or preference counters. Manage iCloud through your Apple account settings. Contact us to exercise access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability rights over data we process ourselves. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, such as Spain’s AEPD.

Changes

This policy will be updated if features or data processing change. The date on this page identifies the current version.
