Who is responsible for Kalenfit?

Data the app uses

Kalenfit uses the data you enter to organise workouts: routine and exercise names, dates, training days, sets, reps, weights, session settings and progress logs. It also stores preferences such as language, timers and reminders.

This data enables the planning, workout tracking and preferences you choose. Kalenfit does not require a separate account with the developer.

Storage and iCloud sync

Routines, the exercise library and sessions are stored on your device using SwiftData. When iCloud is available and configured, the app can sync this data through CloudKit to the private database associated with your Apple Account. Preferences and workout drafts are stored locally.

The developer has no separate server to receive your routines. Apple provides iCloud under its iCloud terms and its privacy policy.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple handles Kalenfit Pro payments through the App Store. The app checks transaction information and purchase status using StoreKit to activate or restore Pro access. The developer does not receive your payment card details.

Reminders

With your permission, Kalenfit schedules local notifications on your device for workouts and rest days. You can configure reminders in the app and revoke notification permission in iOS settings.

Advertising and tracking

Kalenfit includes no advertising or third-party analytics tools and does not track your activity across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Retention and deletion

Workout data is retained so you can view your routines and progress. You can delete routines in the app; when syncing is active, changes may propagate to linked devices. Uninstalling the app does not guarantee deletion of iCloud data or backups. To manage them, check your device’s iCloud storage settings.

Transactions and records retained by Apple are managed under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you contact us

If you email us, we will use your email address and message to handle the enquiry. Avoid including unnecessary workout or health information. We will retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations.

Privacy questions and rights

You can email antich.jordi@gmail.com to ask about or exercise your applicable rights over data processed by the developer. Apple handles your Apple Account data and iCloud services. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when Kalenfit’s data handling changes and show the date of the new version.
